I have included a full walkthrough for this Quest with tons of pics.

*Note this quest can only be done by those who side with the Viamont King on
the faction quests*
*If you have already used the Plumbers to wipe your record clean and sided
with Elysa, this quest is closed to you.*

*Note*
You must have done all of the loyalty quests for The King before you can do
this one. This includes: The Dericost Tome, Knights Of Kurlune, Cure for the
Red Bull, and the Rossu Morta Boots.
The Begining
Start off in Sanamar and go to the Royal Hall. It's past the Eastwatch/Westwatch
portals, just follow the road.
Proceed inside the royal hall and locate the npc named Melaverre and talk to
her. After which she will instruct you to head to 68.5S, 66.1W in the
Obsidion Plains. The place is called The Black Spear Temple.
The easiest way to get there is to use the BSD portal device at your
mansion, or if you don't have a mansion/portal device use the following
route:
Subway to Zaikhal
Zaikhal to Danby's Outpost Portal (23.3N, 28.7W)
Take the Desert March Portal at 22.9N, 28.8W
At the bottom take the Black Hills Portal.
Run to the 68.5S X 66.1W from there. (Level Restricted to 100+)
Upper level has Raven Hunters, Raven Augurs, and Raven Conscripts. The
respawn rate is quick, so if you're doing this one solo, I advise to just
run through to the end. If you're in a group, take your time and smash all
the Raven Hands -- you might even get a Dark Monolith gem drop.
At the end of the dungeon you'll see a portal exit and a pillar. Give your
Broken Seal that you got from Melaverre to the pillar in the center of the
room. You will then be portalled to the lower levels. If you die here, you
can re-enter the Upper Levels, run to this pillar, and merely use it to
re-enter the lower levels.
You will now fight Shadow Wraiths, Shadow
Nightmares, and Void Lords. Along the way to the first jump down/Pit you can
kill one of the Void Lords and retrieve a Scroll of Raven Fury. At each pit
drop there will be Shadow Bosses for you to take down. Each one drops a
fragment of the tablet you need (there's 3 in total). Combine them to make
the Elder Spirits Tablet. Once you have it assembled simply return to
Melaverre in Sanamar for your rewards.
*Note The Elder Spirits Tablet says it must be given to Ecorto the Lost
Director. But that is a typo as he does not know what to do with it.
You have combined the Kaihoatai and Shonossoar
Fragments to form a Partial Elder Spirits Tablet.
You have combined the Partial Elder Spirits Tablet with the Parfarrail
Fragment to complete the Elder Spirits Tablet.
You give Melaverre Elder Spirits Tablet.
Melaverre tells you, "A fascinating record of the
mysterious Grael. Count Dardante and our King are both very interested. I
thank you for your service."
You've earned 9,647,000 experience.
Melaverre gives you Ring of the Rossu Morta.
Melaverre gives you Translated Elder Spirits Tablet.
If you talk to her again she says this:
Melaverre tells you, "You've done some work for me
already, haven't you? Sorry, I don't have any more deep pits of eldritch
magic to push you into at the moment."
Congratulations, you are now an official member of the Rossu Morta! Equip
your ring and proceed to the back of the Royal Hall, and enter the
Chapterhouse.
Inside you will find vendors and an npc who welcome you to the order. At
present she does not have any work for us, but I'm sure this will change
soon (perhaps next patch).
You will also find some portals to the left, almost like a mini-subway. Most
noticeable is a portal to Ayan, which is tieable, and summonable!
